Operational Managers

Designed for staff who have an operational 'on call' role and who often find themselves, with minimum support at the 'sharp end' of their company's response in the first few hours of an accident or other major emergency. The course aims to familiarise operational managers with UK emergency response procedures, and the various centres that will be established where they might be required to provide a presence. The course also provides training and guidance for initial face-to-face contact with those directly affected by the event.
