Emergency Response Centre

This training is aimed at those staff who are assigned to work in their company's emergency / incident response centre. The demanding atmosphere of these centres can be intimidating and understanding the role of all involved can do much to promote a team response. However the need for staff within the centre to appreciate the role of other responding agencies is very important. Therefore part of the training is devoted to looking at the 'big picture' which helps staff to understand where they fit in the overall response.

Separate training is also available for those who are responsible for managing the centres such as Incident Managers and Duty Directors.
