Care Team Co-ordinator / Team Leader

Specifically designed around the roles of Team Leader and Care Team Co-ordinator. This course aims to develop the skills required to effectively perform in a leadership role during an emergency response. This course also examines the role of domestic and international responding agencies and the responsibility of team leaders and co-ordinators to manage and develop relationships with outside agencies.
