Airport Staff

Whilst airline staff are trained in emergency procedures handling agents and airport services staff are sometimes 'left out of the loop'. This course aims to prepare all airport staff for when an accident or other major emergency occurs to enable them to be more effective which in turn will assist both the affected airline and the airport. The course provides an opportunity for all airport staff to train together so that should the worst occur at their airport they will at least be responding as a team.
